TSAT is a decision-making support tool that helps the school leaders to strategically develop the school’s journey to excellence.
TSAT is built based on the KHDA inspection framework that allows you to systematically analyze and prioritize the strengths, weaknesses and possibilities to improve each performance stander in its depth to ultimately create a comprehensive picture of the schools’ performance.
TSAT provides Additional services to support schools’ leadership in categorizing the weaknesses onto three levels (teachers, HOD and Principles) and coaching sessions for each category. Although, specialized tailored training sessions should be conducted to empower the school educators on how they can bridge the gap in light of the UAE Teacher License Standards.
